The Maritime Institute of Malaysia (MIMA) received a courtesy visit from Dato’ Jana Santhiran Muniayan, Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport (MOT, alongside the representatives from the Maritime Division of the Ministry of Transport, Puan Norhasliza Binti Mat Salleh and Mr. Fazril Bin Mohd Zubir on 26 September 2023.
In concurrence with this, MIMA, led by Dato’ Mohamed Suffian Awang, the Chairman of MIMA, organised and hosted (1) A Town Hall Session at Megan Avenue II Office and (2) visited its newly established office at HLX Tower2.
During the Town Hall Session, MIMA members engaged in constructive discussions with Dato’ Jana, receiving valuable feedback and insights. MIMA committed to turning these discussions into actions that benefit MIMA and MOT.
In addition, Dato’ Jana’s visit to the new office at HLX Tower signifies a significant milestone in MIMA’s commitment to provide a better corporate image and branding that enables MIMA to serve more efficiently and effectively. MIMA appreciates Dato’ Jana’s support and looks forward to shaping MIMA towards positive changes.
